The cost of a new Domino's store is generally between $500,000 - $650,000 + GST. The investment amount for an existing store opportunity can vary depending on many factors such as the location of the store, landlords' site contributions, size of the premises, type of equipment and so on. We require that prospective franchisees have approximately 40% of the total investment in cash and/or available equity, which for a new store opportunity is around $250,000 + GST.
Initial costs include a franchise fee of $10,000 + GST, document/legal preparation fees and the other costs associated with completing your own due diligence.
Other costs include a royalty fee of 7% of gross sales, paid every month and each outlet contributes a maximum of 6% of sales towards national advertising.
